Policy Our cut off time for orders to be processed is
12PM Eastern
Time. Most orders over $140 are submitted for same day shipping via UPS
(United
Parcel Service) with delivery within 3-4 business days. Orders under
$140 usually
takes 3-4 business days to ship via United States Postal Service
(USPS). Most
times your order will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer to your
location. Orders
are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note, due to weight and bulk all Hoses will
require
additional or custom shipping quote from the UPS. We will contact you
with more
information and exact shipping cost. Expedited Orders that do not comply with the above
shipping
conditions need to be called in. Call our sales department at

transit for
delivery. Cancellation/Refund For any reason you need to cancel your order,
please do so
before it ships. If you need to cancel your order after it has shipped,
we will
deduct the actual shipping charge plus 30% restocking fee. To receive a full refund, product must be
discontinued or
out of stock or if we cannot fulfill your order. We cannot REFUND an order after 30days of Delivery. Return
Policy You may return any "unopened" parts or accessories
purchased from erepaircenter.com within 30 days of delivery by calling
our
Customer Service department at 1-713-931-0006 or email to

for a return authorization number. You may be responsible for the
return
shipping costs and there may be up to a 30% restocking fee. To return
new, unopened product due to order our error (erepaircenter.com's
mistake). 1.
Within 30
days of the receipt of your order, call 1-713-931-0006 or email

Customer Service. 2.
Parts
returned without our knowledge will be refused and you will not receive
credit. 3.
We will
need the invoice or Order number and the part numbers, quantity, and
reason for
return. 4.
ERepairCenter
will send a return USPS label or UPS label to retrieve the wrong items
in some
cases. 5.
You are
responsible for making sure it is packaged good enough to ensure it
arrives in
re sellable condition. 6.
Credit
will be issued back to the original payment method/ funding source
within 3-5 business
days of receiving your returned items. 7.
The
turnaround time for this process can take 3-5 business days after we
have
received the part. 8.
No
returns on ELECTRICAL PARTS which have been opened. To return
new, unopened product due to your order error (Your mistake). 1.
Within 30
days of the receipt of your order, call 1-713-931-0006 or email
[email protected], erepaircenter.com Customer Service to obtain
an RMA
number and return address. 2.
Parts
returned without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive
credit. 3.
We will
need the invoice or order number and the part numbers, quantity and
reason for
return. 4.
We will
then email or fax the Returned Material Authorization along with the
return
address of where to send the return to. 5.
You are
responsible for return shipping as well as a tracking number and making
sure it
is packaged good enough to ensure it arrives in re sellable condition. 6.
There
will be 30% restocking fee plus original shipping cost on all returns. 7.
Credit will
be issued back to the original payment method/ funding source within
3-5 business
days of receiving your returned items. 8.
No
Returns or Credit after 30days from date of purchase. 9.
The
